Officer Hector Guillermo Delgado Gonzalez
(1985-2025)

 

 

Hector was born on Thursday, October 17, 1985.

Hector completed Basic Peace Officer Training course at Butler Tech Peace Officer Training Academy on October 10, 2021. He joined the Mount Healthy Police Department as a part-time Police Officer on October 10, 2021.

Officer Delgado was appointed to a full-time position on June 9, 2022 in the Oxford Township Police Department. He changed his status to part-time on October 1, 2022 and then again to an Auxiliary Officer on January 1, 2025. Finally, he returned to part-time on February 25, 2025.

After almost four years of serving two communities, the latter of which while battling cancer, Officer Delgado died on August, 5th, 2025 due to complications from the cancer and treatment. He was 39 years old.
