Deputy Anthony J. Holliday (1953-2021)

Tony was born May 27, 1953 in Cincinnati.  He attended Taft High School.

After high school, probably during the Vietnam War, Tony served in the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged.

Tony joined the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office and served as a Corrections Officer and in Court Services.

Deputy Holliday died October 21, 2021 at the age of 68

Visitation will be held 9 to 10 a.m. on Friday, November 5, 2021 at the Bethel Baptist Church at 2712 Alms Place.  A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m.

Interment will follow at Dayton National Cemetery in Dayton, Ohio.

  2. Sending condolences and prayers to all whom he loved and to all that loved him. I met Holliday through my Uncle Sterling and boy they kept us laughing. I could never remember Holliday so I would call him Hollywood..Always smiling and overall good person. Take your rest Sir! Rest in Heavenly peace.
