Hamilton County Sheriff

HCSD has marine unit, helicopter, planes, jet skis, court section, corrections, and road patrol.

Past sheriff display: Tehan was a NFL referee at the same time as sheriff.  Stokes was a retired FBI agent.  Current sheriff Leis was a county prosecutor and judge.

In photo collage there is a group photos of deputies in front of the Queen City Sewing Machine Co, with sign indicating temp headquarters.   This was taken a month after the second County Courthouse was burnt down.   Present Courthouse is the fourth one.

Next is a current uniform, 1970 Special Deputy uniform, Delhi PD uniform.  On left side of gun case is a 1948 to 1960 HCSD uniform.  After the Ohio Sheriff Buckeye Ass. was formed, all Ohio counties adopted same style of uniform and star.
