Dispatcher Brenda Joy (Schuster) Carr

Brenda was born February 6, 1946 to Robert and Margaret (Alexander) Schuster.

During the 1980s, Brenda she joined the Cincinnati Northern Kentucky International Airport Police Department as a dispatcher.  “She was a good worker and a nice person,” according to her Chief.

She also worked on the Taylor Mill Life Squad from 1979 to 1992 and as a bus driver for the Kenton County School District.

She was a member of Lakeside Christian Church.

Dispatcher Carr passed away Monday, July 29, 2019, at St. Elizabeth Hospice.  She was 73.

She is predeceased by her sister Patsy Lutz.  Dispatcher Carr is survived by her husband of 24 years, Charles Carr; children, Robert Marshall, Patrick Marshall, Bonnie (Tony) Marcus, and Jerry (Kristen) Halpin; stepdaughter Suzi Carr; sixteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and sister, Donna Gosney;

A Visitation will be held 5 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at Floral Hills Funeral Home at 5336 Old Taylor Mill Road.  A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m.
